Cara Membuat Rawon Daging Sapi

Bahan-bahan :

  • ½ kg daging sapi dipotong dadu
  • 3 liter air
  • 1 buah tulang sapi
  • 2 batang daun bawang diiris sepanjang 1 cm
  • 5 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
  • 1 batang serai yang dimemarkan
  • 1 ibu jari lengkuas yang dimemarkan
  • 3 lbr daun jeruk

Bahan bumbu halus :

  • 3 buah kluwak
  • 7 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 2 cm kunyit
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 1 sdt ketumbar yang disangrai
  • ½ sdt lada
  • 2 sdt garam
  • 2 sdt gula

Langkah-langkah :

  1. Cuci daging sapi hingga bersih. Selanjutnya, rebus daging sapi hingga masak dan lunak. Kemudian angkat dan potong-potong menjadi bentuk dadu.
  2. Menghaluskan bumbu dan menumis bumbu halus serta ditambahkan lengkuas, serai, dan daun jeruk. Tumis hingga semuanya berbau harum.
  3. Memasukkan potongan-potongan daging sapi ke dalam tumisan hingga bumbu meresap.
  4. Masukkan tumisan daging sapi ke dalam kuah kaldu yang telah direbus.
  5. Biarkan beberapa menit hingga masak dan daging menjadi lebih empuk.
  6. Rawon siap disajikan dengan nasi putih.
