Khasiat Buah Naga
Hai hai teman-teman, kali ini aku bahas tentang manfaat buah naga untuk kesehatan. Buah naga adalah buah yang merupakan jenis kaktus dari marga Hylocereus dan Selenicereus. Buah ini berasal dari Meksiko, Amerika Tengah dan Amerika Selatan. Di negara-negara Asia juga sekarang membudidayakan buah naga seperti di Taiwan, Vietnam, Filipina, Indonesia dan Malaysia. Buah ini juga dapat ditemukan di Okinawa, Israel, Australia Utara, dan Tiongkok Selatan. Buah naga memiliki banyak gizi yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh kita. Berikut manfaat dari buah naga :
- Meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Buah naga kaya akan vitamin C dan serat yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh
- Membantu proses pencernaan, karena buah naga kaya akan serat.
- Menurunkan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes tipe 2.
- Mencegah terbentuknya sel kanker akibat radikal bebas. Mineral dan serat yang terkandung dalam buah naga membantu membersikan racun dalam usus besar. Dan mecegah terjadinya kanker usus.
- Sebagai anti- oksidan, karena terkandung vitamin c,mineral,dan pytoalbumin yang tinggi,maka buah naga mampu mencegah radikal bebas dan ber sifat anti-oksidan.
- Membantu mengatur kadar kolesterol.
Selain itu buah naga juga bermanfaat untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka, meningkatkan nafsu makan,meningkatakan penglihatan, menurunkan berat badan, meningkatkan daya ingat.
Manfaat yang paling besar dari buah naga adalah dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan jantung.
