Pada kesempatan kali ini, aku akan ngeshare ke kalian bagaimana caranya membuat ayam bakar. Namun, kali ini sedikit berbeda, aku akan membahas cara membuat ayam bakar dengan bumbu pedas. Selama ini, seringnya kita hanya membuat ayam bakar dengan bumbu kecap saja, sehingga lebih dominan dengan rasa manisnya. Sehingga aku akan berbagi resep ayam bakar bumbu pedas agar kalian tidak pelu lagi membuat sambal untuk sebagai pendamping makan ayam bakar. Berikut langkah-langkah cara membuat ayam bakar bumbu pedas :
Bahan-bahan :
- ½ kg paha ayam
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 ons cabai merah
- Garam secukupnya
- Penyedap rasa secukupnya
- 2 lb daun jeruk
- Kecap manis secukupnya
- Mentega
Langkah-langkah :
- Cuci paha ayam hingga bersih. Lalu, rebus ayam hingga setengah matang.
- Kukus sebentar cabai merah dan bawang putih agar mudah ketika dihaluskan.
- Haluskan cabai merah dan bawang putih yang telah dikukus, serta ditambahkan garam, merica bubuk, dan penyedap rasa secukupnya.
- Setelah bumbu dihaluskan tambahkan kecap manis sesuai selera dan daun jeruk agar menambahkan aroma yang sedap.
- Lumuri ayam yang telah direbus dengan mentega. Selanjutnya lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus.
- Lalu panggang ayam yang sudah dilumuri bumbu hingga matang.
- Ayam bakar bumbu pedas siap dihidangkan.
