Resep Cara Membuat Bak Mie Jawa Spesial

Hy kuliner lovers? kali ini admin bakalan ngepost mengenai gimana caranya bikin bakmie jawa yang enak. Nah kalian pasti udah tau kan bakmie jawa? Kalo admin sih sering beli. Hehehe… Bakmie jawa adalah makanan khas mie jawa yang dibuat dengan resep khusus. Rasanya lezat dan beraneka ragam. Bakmie jawa ini ada yang bakmie goreng dan ada yang bakmie kuah atau bakmie godok. Tergantung selera kita mau yang mana.

Cara membuat bakmie godog  :


Bahan-bahan yang digunakan

  1. 3 porsi
  2. 300 gram Mie Kuning Basah
  3. 100 gram Daging Ayam
  4. 1 ikat Sawi Hijau
  5. 500 ml Kaldu Ayam
  6. secukupnya Daun Bawang
  7. secukupnya Seledri
  8. 3 siung Bawang Merah
  9. 1 sendok makan Saus Tiram
  10. 1 buah Tomat
  11. 1 sendok makan Kecap Manis
  12. secukupnya Cabai (Cabe) Rawit Hijau
  13. secukupnya

Bahan untuk Bumbu Halus

  1. 4 siung Bawang Putih
  2. 1 sendok teh Lada (Merica)
  3. 2 butir Kemiri
  4. 1 sendok makan Ebi
  5. secukupnya Garam

Cara Memasak

  1. Haluskan bawang putih, lada, kemiri , garam dan ebi yang telah direndam.
  2. Cuci bersih mie.
  3. Tumis bawang merah hingga harum, masukkan bumbu halus, tumis hingga matang. Masukkan cabai dan tomat, tumis hingga tomat agak layu.
  4. Masukkan saus tiram dan kecap. Masukkan kaldu ayam. Masak sampai air mendidih.
    Masukkan ayam yang telah direbus dan di potong dadu.
    kemudian masukkan mie kuning.
  5. Cicipi rasanya, jika kurang mantap dapat di tambah kaldu bubuk. Pastikan rasanya sudah pas.
    Terakhir masukkan sawi, daun bawang dan seledri. Jangan terlalu masak sayurnya agar vitaminnya tidak hilang.
    matikan api sajikan dengan bawang goreng. 😀

Cara Membuat Bakmi Jawa Goreng :


Bahan-bahan yang digunakan

  1. 1 bungkus (2 potong) mie telur kering, rebus hingga matang lalu tiriskan dan tambahkan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng, aduk rata
  2. 5 butir kemiri sangrai
  3. 4 siung bawang putih
  4. 2 sendok makan Kecap Bango Manis Pedas Gurih
  5. 1/4 sendok teh lada putih bubuk
  6. 1/4 sendok teh garam
  7. 1 sendok teh gula pasir
  8. 5 butir bakso sapi, potong
  9. 100 gram udang pancet atau udang galah kupas
  10. 200 gram kol, potong
  11. 200 gram sawi hijau / caisim, potong-potong
  12. 2 tangkai daun bawang, potong bulat 1 cm
  13. 1 tangkai daun seledri, potong kasar
  14. 1 bungkus Royco sapi
  15. 2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
  16. 5 sendok makan minyak goreng

Cara memasak bakmi jawa goreng

  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang betul, kemudian masukkan bakso, udang, tumis hingga berubah warna lalu tambahkan telur. Setelah telur matang, masukkan sayuran, Royko, garam, dan gula.
  2. Tambahkan mie dan kecap. Aduk hingga bumbu merata dengan mie.
